Empowering. Empathetic. Leads by example.
What is it about Jay that makes him such an exceptional life coach? I think one of Jay’s greatest strengths is his ability to combine authentic and active listening with asking the ‘right’ questions - questions which provoke reflection, identify both patterns and stumbling blocks, but most importantly, find the Confidence, the steps, and the strategies to address the situation.
How many of us have felt uncertain or incapacitated to achieve personal and professional fulfillment and, dare I say, happiness, due to lack of self-confidence? Jay is truly a professional in that he works With you to identify these roadblocks rooted in self-questioning, so it is a collaborative and empowering experience to transform from personal and professional vertigo to fulfilling one’s passion, purpose and potential. I call Jay’s skill in enhancing one’s confidence in decisions and life pathways “becoming into being.”
I met Jay when I was at a professional and personal crossroads, determined to take the next steps, but uncertain of which way to turn. Jay’s positive outlook, commitment to his clients, and love of taking on challenges truly inspired and motivated me! After discussing with Jay, his questions, challenges, and supportive comments stay with me long after we’ve met up, and I find myself not only reflecting on, but implementing many of his suggestions. I've recommended his excellent life coaching to many friends who were at crossroads themselves.
Jay is not only skilled in, but takes great delight in helping people reach their potential. As a confidence life coach, he empowers others to empower themselves through building their confidence – confidence in themselves, in their skills, in their self-worth. Leading by example, Jay inspires me to follow the words of writer Henry David Thoreau, “Go confidently in the direction of your dreams! Live the life you've imagined.”
